How to Order and View documents!!!

 
 

Register with Clerkepass :

If you are a first time user,then you need to register with ClerkePass.Please follow the instruction below to register with ClerkePass.
1. Type www.ClerkePass.com in your browser.

2. Select the state from the State dropdown and click on the Go image.This will display a page where you have to select the county.Select the county from the County dropdown and click on the Go image.This will take you to the respective county home page.

3. Please click the link New User Register here?This will take you to the page having registration form.Enter the required information, select 'User' from registered as drop down list and click the Submit button.
This will create your ClerkePass account.Now you can order the documents.

Order the Court document :

You must be a registered user with ClerkePass to order the court document. If you are not a registered user, then please follow instructions to register with ClerkePass. Once you are registered with ClerkePass, please follow the instructions below to order the document.
1. Type www.ClerkePass.com in your browser.

2. Select the state from the State dropdown and click on the Go image. This will display a page where you have to select the county. Select the county from the County dropdown and click on the Go image.You will be directed to the Respective County's Home Page.

3. Login using your username and password

4. You will be redirected to the page having the following options:
- Request a document,
- View a certified document,
- View a non-certified document.
- Check order Status.
Click the option Request a document.

5. Enter the information like Case#, Sub#, Case Title and Other Information. Then to get non-certified copy of the document, select the checkbox Print/Display And to get certified copy of the document, select the checkbox Certified. When ordering a Certified copy of the document, you can order more than one copy. To order more than one copy of the certified document, please select the value from the Number of Copies dropdown. [ Note: You can search the information from the Courts website also. For this click the link Please click here to search the case (Superior Court Cases Only).] Once you have entered above information, click the Submit button.

6. This will display the shopping cart page, which shows the list of requested documents in order. On this page, you can cancel the document request or request more documents.
To cancel any requested document:
Please select the Remove checkbox against that document request and then click the REMOVE link.
To request more documents under the same order:
Please click the button Continue Shopping. This will take you to the Request page and then follow the same instructions to order more documents.

7. Once you have finished ordering the documents, click the button Check Out. Then the confirmation window will appear. Please select the Ok button. This will take you to Order Confirmation page. Please read the instruction and then select option I AGREE OR I DISAGREE and click the button Submit. If option I AGREE is selected, then you will be redirected to the credit card information page and if option I DISAGREE is selected, then you will be redirected to the previous page.

8.On the credit card information page, you need to enter your credit card information. Please make sure that your Name and Address information is the same as the information used while applying for the credit card.

9. On successful submission of your credit card details, the order completion page will be displayed. Later you will be notified by e-mail when your order process is completed and your document is ready to view.

10. Once the document order process is completed, request will be sent to County clerk for processing.

11. After county clerk receives the request, they will process the document and then a order process completion email will be sent to you.

12. Once you receive the order completion email, please follow the instructions to view the document. To view a non-certified document, please see instructions to view a non-certified document and to view a certified document, please see instructions to view certified document.

View the Court document :

Once you receive the order process completion email, please follow the instructions below to view the court document.

1. Make sure that Acrobat Reader 5 or above is installed on your computer, so you can view the document.

2. Type www.ClerkePass.com in your browser.

3. Select the state from the State dropdown and click on the Go image. This will display a page where you have to select the county. Select the county from the County dropdown and click on the Go image.You will be directed to the Respective County's Home Page.

4. Login using your username and password

5. You will be redirected to the page having the following options:
- Request a document,
- View a certified document,
- View a non-certified document.
- Check order Status.

a. To view a non-certified document.
Click the option View a Non-Certified document. You will be redirected to the Order History page
I. Click on respective Order# link.This will display the list of all documents requested under that order.
II. To view the particular document click on the PDF icon.

b. To view a certified document.
Click the option View a Certified Document.
I. You will be redirected to a page where you have to enter the Document SerialID, which was sent to you in the order completion email and click on the button Search.
II. This will display the record with the link View. Click the link View and certified document will be displayed.

Check Order Status :

To check the order status, follow the given points
1. Type www.ClerkePass.com in your browser.

2. Select the state from the State dropdown and click on the Go image. This will display a page where you have to select the county. Select the county from the County dropdown and click on the Go image.You will be directed to the Respective County's Home Page.

3. Login using your username and password

4. You will be redirected to the page having the following options:
- Request a document,
- View a certified document,
- View a non-certified document.
- Check order Status.
Click the option Check Order Status.

5. You will be directed to the Page where you have to enter the order#.Enter the order number and click on the Submit button

6(a). If the County Clerk has Replied
For a Non-Certified Document,there will be a view link. Once you click on the link,you wil be redirected to the order history page,Click on respective Order# link. This will display the list of all documents requested under that order.To view the particular document click on the PDF icon.
For a Certified document,you will see a link Check Certification Status.Click on the link,You will be redirected to a page where you have to enter the Document SerialID, which was sent to you in the order completion email and click on the button Search.This will display the record with the link View. Click the link View and the certified document copy will be displayed. Here you will see the details of Total Pending Certified Document count and Total Certified Document count.
6(b). If the County Clerk has not Replied
In case the county clerk has not yet replied, for a Certified as well as Non-Certifed document, there will be a message 'County has not replied'

User Type - Viewer :

In clerkepass there are 2 types of users
Normal User : A Normal User can Request and View Certified as well as Non-Certified Documents.
Viewer : A viewer can only View Certifed documents ordered by other users. He cannot request for any documents.

Registration
To Register as a Viewer
1. Type www.ClerkePass.com in your browser.

2. Select the state from the State dropdown and click on the Go image.This will display a page where you have to select the county.Select the county from the County dropdown and click on the Go image.This will take you to the respective county home page.

3. Please click the link New User Register here?.This will take you to the page having registration form.

4. Enter the required information and Select "Viewer" from the REGISTERED AS drop down list.click the Submit button.

This will create your ClerkePass account.Now you can View the Certified documents

View Certifed Documents
The most important aspect of being Registered as a viewer is that you are allowed to view the Certified documents ordered by any user.(Note:For this you will require the 22 digit SerialId sent to the user by email when the certification is completed . )

To view a Certified document
1. Make sure that Acrobat Reader 5 or above is installed on your computer, so you can view the document.

2. Type www.ClerkePass.com in your browser.

3. Select the state from the State dropdown and click on the Go image.This will display a page where you have to select the county. Select the county from the County dropdown and click on the Go image.You will be directed to the Respective County's Home Page.

4. Login using your username and password

5. You will be redirected to the page having the following options:
- View a certified document
- Change Password.
Click the option View a Certified Document.

6. You will be redirected to a page where you have to enter the Document SerialID, which was sent to the user in the order completion email and click on the button Search.This will display the record with the link View. Click the link View and certified document will be displayed.

Forgot Password :

Some times you may not able to log on because of incorrect password.Clerkepass gives you an opton of Changing your password with the help of 'FORGOT PASSWORD' .

To change your Password

1. Type www.ClerkePass.com in your browser.

2. Select the state from the State dropdown and click on the Go image.This will display a page where you have to select the county.Select the county from the County dropdown and click on the Go image.This will take you to the respective county home page.

3. Please click the link Forgot Password.

4. Please Enter your UserName and Email Id. Click on Submit.

5. Please enter the Secret Answer.(It should be the same answer which was entered while registering) If you have not set the Secret Question and Answer, you can do it now. Click on Submit button

6. Please enter the New Password and Retype the New Password. Click on Submit Button You can Login now using the New Password
